OSCAR²

The Oscar² is the mountain road bike.

Developed in partnership with Factor Bikes, each element has been designed to create the bike offering the best ratio between lightness, rigidity and comfort.

The Oscar² will be your best ally for conquering the mountains or simply for enjoying yourself on hilly roads.

OPTIMIZED POWER TRANSFER

AND WITHOUT FORCING

The continuous structure of the Oscar² frame offers unrivaled rigidity for minimal energy loss and maximum performance .
Using larger, wider tubes, with a more continuous shape, allows us to use longer sheets of carbon fiber. The result is a stronger and lighter structure .
At the heart of the frame is the BBright bottom bracket. This asymmetrical bottom bracket (wider on the non-drive side) and the wide junction between the downtube and the seat tube improve the balance and rigidity of the entire frame. The asymmetrical and high seatstays use all the volume available for a more continuous assembly up to the housing shell, for greater rigidity and reduced weight , while still leaving room for 28mm tires .

02

THE PERFECT BALANCE

LIKE A TIGHTHOUSE

The Oscar² features an asymmetrical oversized downtube. It forms the backbone of the frame, largely ensuring the very responsive and lively nature of the road bike.
In our in-house test lab, we have perfected the size and profile of the downtube for each frame size to achieve superior riding characteristics . Connecting the headtube to the bottom bracket and chainstays, the asymmetrical carbon downtube is designed for a perfect balance between vertical rigidity and torsion .

SLIM FORK

A WASP WAIST

The Svelte frame and fork, very light, have been designed to guarantee the best possible performance: lateral rigidity with vertical tolerance for comfort , excellent torsional rigidity for increased control in turns and descents of this mountain road bike. This performance is the result of long hours of analysis during the design phase, followed by numerous carbon prototypes and laboratory and road tests.
The Svelte fork, whose head is integrated into the downtube, uses a tapered head tube with 1''-1/3 and 1''-1/8 steerer for increased steering precision and aerodynamic gains . The disc version of the Svelte fork largely takes the shape and dimensions of the pad brake fork. We get the same performance, but with a slightly asymmetrical design and a specific layup to resist disc braking forces.

PAD OR DISC BRAKES

On the Oscar², the shoe brakes use the classic, lightweight center nut assembly. The wide seatstays keep the rear caliper out of the wind and reinforce the rear triangle for powerful braking.

The Oscar² Disc uses the Flat Mount standard, with a recessed support for a firmer interface and a signature finish. The frame and fork layup has been developed to provide carbon reinforcement in the braking area to maintain the high standard of Oscar² stiffness.

02

RAW TECHNOLOGY

The Raw Skin is an unpainted version on which we simply applied our logo and a thin layer of varnish.

Our manufacturing process allows us to obtain a frame with a remarkable quality of finish , revealing the pure beauty of carbon with marbled reflections which in other worlds are symbols of luxury. Thanks to the Raw Skin version, you have the opportunity to treat yourself to a bike with incredible performance without additional finishing costs .

If only the performance of the bike is of value to you, then the Rawskin version is the one for you. You only pay for the intrinsic performance of the frame, not its decoration.
