I AM SOLO
It is a fact that cycling, even if it is run as a team or practiced in a group, is a sport where you move forward alone. And when we worked on this new road bike chassis, designed as a work tool intended to brave the elements and the competition, this name was obvious.
You are a runner, triathlete or endurance cyclist and you understand who moves the bike forward, it's you. Read carefully below, this road bike is made for you.
FRAME WEIGHT: 1.05kg (49)
WEIGHT OF A BIKE: From 7.2kg
3 QUALIFIERS THAT CHARACTERIZE THIS SOLO
The integration and use of disc braking offers new areas of freedom, which we have resolutely exploited in order to purify the silhouette of the bike as much as possible. The details create a sculpture that appears to have been shaped by the wind. The line is extremely aerodynamic. The calm elegance of the design emphasizes the progressive character of the solo
LESS IS MORE
Simplicity remains the key word of Solo! The cables and conduits run directly into the frame from the socket. This choice, which is both aerodynamic and aesthetic, also guarantees better gear shifting and better longevity. For the sake of lightness and mobility, we preferred to opt for a visible passage in the headset when used with an aluminum stem.
CHARACTERISTICS IS GOOD, CHARACTER IS BETTER
Good design is achieved when a product is both aesthetically pleasing and functional, and when it fits into a seamless overall experience. Thus, the soul of a GIRS is not only revealed by their inner values. But also from the outside: like all GIRS, the Solo also presents remarkable aesthetic features, in which air deflectors have been integrated for the first time on the fork crown and seatstays - elements that embody functionality, aerodynamics and sportiness. “It’s a dynamic sculpture that stands on the road as if carved from a single block.”

A LA CARTE COMFORT
Carbon control and recent developments in available tires have led us to opt for firm comfort. On this point, we are not only talking about vibration filtration, but also about the way in which the machine behaves to withstand the most restrictive moments during an outing. Piloting is one of them. The chassis is optimized for the use of 28mm tubeless tires inflated to 5 bar, but when shod with 25mm, it transforms into a terror of the circuits or the opposite until it accommodates sets of 32mm tires and even guards. mud it will be perfect for endurance.
Extensive and careful development was required in the design of the rear triangle. The seat tube is hollowed out and the chainstays are asymmetrical, which allows the wheelbase to be kept optimal.
PERFORMANCE IS ALSO WHILE IT LASTS!
Built for the long haul. The Solo pays homage to strength and durability. When considering the technical capabilities of the bike, we took special care to increase resistance in critical stress areas. In the lab and in real-world testing, the Solo is powerful. So many modern bikes are designed with a disproportionate emphasis on weight savings. We believe that the arms race to shave grams has resulted in a reputation for carbon frames that have become fragile, almost disposable. As with the RNR, we have created a frame that will reliably serve its owner long-term and we back it with a 5-year warranty.
JUST WHAT YOU NEED WHERE YOU NEED
The Solo carries a heritage that is expressed in performance and longevity. EPS molding technology and the use of proven and recognized Toray 700 and 800 carbons as well as our in-house blend of resins ensure that its performance is repeatable time and time again.
In racing or long distance, the Solo is a companion for all outings since it offers a wide range of uses

Simplicity in 4 letters. It is not difficult to make a good bicycle today. But it is nevertheless necessary to know certain codes and to respect the overall balance. This is the case with the Solo and it is even on this point that the bike excels, on balance and stability. It also demonstrates very good value for money with a chassis costing less than €1700, it is easy to assemble an affordable and very efficient bike."
The Solo ticks a lot of boxes while remaining financially accessible
In four letters, Solo brings together the trends of the moment in simplicity and sobriety
