How is an order processed?
To order a personalized bike, go to one of our resellers who will take the time to collect your request and place the order for you with our service provider.
How much does a custom bike cost?
The cost of your custom bike depends on the paint, design and finishes you want. When you order from one of our resellers, we will send you a quote.
How long does it take to receive my personalized bike?
It takes on average 3 weeks of production before delivery of your personalized bikes to our resellers, sometimes a little longer depending on the availability of parts.
Can I do what I want in terms of design?
You can choose your colors (based on Pantone colors or body paints), make color gradients and put your logos on your bike. For slightly more complex requests, a feasibility request must be made in advance to our service provider.
